Payment Methods

Norvela Living provides a secure online checkout for customers purchasing from our United Kingdom store.

Currency

Prices are displayed in British pounds sterling (GBP). The product total and any applicable delivery charges are shown before the order is submitted.

Accepted payment methods

The payment methods currently available to you are displayed at checkout. These may include major debit cards, credit cards and supported digital wallets, depending on your device and location.

Payment security

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout and authorised payment providers. Norvela Living does not receive or store your complete payment card number.

Payment authorisation

Your payment method must be valid and authorised for the full order amount. An order is not confirmed until the checkout has been completed successfully and an order confirmation has been issued.

Unexpected payment requests

Norvela Living will never ask you to send complete card details by email, contact form or social media. If you receive a suspicious payment request claiming to come from us, do not proceed and contact contact@norvelaliving.com.

Bank or card issuer charges

Your bank or card provider may apply its own currency conversion or international transaction fees. These charges are controlled by the provider and are not collected by Norvela Living.
