Processing time

We process your order within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your payment.

Delivery time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery takes 4 to 7 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 5 to 9 business days from the moment you order.

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom.

How we ship

We work with Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD to deliver your order. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Customs, duties and VAT

All listed prices include applicable VAT for orders shipped within the United Kingdom. For international orders outside the United Kingdom, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
